The look of the website has just gotten an overhaul. Everything is still there but a few things have moved. We have added an RSS feed for Silicon Valley Buzz and more feeds will be on the way. If you have any problems please let us know.

DEC 2011- Mountain View Tree Lighting Celebration
Every year the city of Mountain View celebrates the lighing of its tree with music and celebration. KMVT covers the event and interviews members of the city government as well as asking members of the public about the event.

MAR 2010- Call for Entries to the Hometown Video Awards
The Hometown Video Festival honors and promotes community media and local cable program. Please bring your DVDs and completed Entry Form to the KMVT reception desk by Thursday, March 18th.

NOV 2009- KMVT Volunteer of the Year Honored!

SEP 2008 - KMVT broadcasts LIVE coverage of the Mountain View Art & Wine Festival
Hosted by Renu Kumar and Steve Chang, KMVT's Art & Wine Festival coverage once again showcased art and music, with interviews of community leaders in this annual outdoor event.

JUL 2008 - KMVT Community Producers win National Awards
KMVT Community Producers Hema Kundargi, Kim Lawson, Eric Chong, Raymond Donald, Andrew Willyoung and Loretta Beavers are awarded first place in the 2008 National Hometown Video Awards festival in Washington, DC.

JUL 2008 - KMVT15 Productions wins National Award
Brian Szabo (Executive Producer), and Naomi Ture, (Producer/Director) of KMVT15 Productions, were awarded first place in the 2008 Best Professional Educational Profile by the National Alliance for Community Media in Washingon, DC for the video, "What's Inside Me". APR 2008 - KMVT Launches its Web Channel
The KMVT Web Channel webcasts our diverse community-produced programs, local events, local highschool sports and KMVT's own professional videos, all viewable on our KMVT Youtube station.

DEC 2007 - Watch LIVE Coverage of MV Holiday Tree Lighting Celebration!
Rusty King and Tia Turnbull are back to host this year's Celebration with live holiday music, on MV Channel 15, Monday, December 3rd, from 6pm - 8pm.

KMVT's documentary If We Don't Care Now was awarded the 2007 Best Professional Documentary by the Alliance for Community Media! This video was produced by KMVT's non-profit video production unit, KMVT15 Productions.
